Since 06.06.2017 the "Cardiology: News, Opinions, Training" journal is included into the List of the leading peer-reviewed journals and editions which are recommended by the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for the publication of its results for competition of an academic degree of the candidate and doctor of science.

The publication is intended to provide contemporary and up to date information to the medical community regarding cardiology as well as to improve the quality of postgraduate medical education and public health care.

The journal is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of cardiology. It publishes the articles written by both Russian and foreign authors containing the results of the latest scientific advances. In addition to scientific articles the journal publishes literature reviews, clinical guidelines and issues (test questions) for medical doctors as well as announcements regarding scientific events.

The journal is intended for cardiologists, physicians, family physicians, health care managers and clinicians of related specialties.

Articles of the journal “Cardiology: News, Opinions, Training” are available to everyone as free open access to the results of research contributes to the increase of general knowledge. No part of the publication can be reproduced without the written consent of the editorial office. Any reprint of publications with the consent of the editorial office is allowed provided the work is properly cited.
