Clinical case of ruptured noncoronary sinus of Valsalva aneurysm

Clinically SVA does not manifest itself before the burst. Authors describes clinical case of ruptured noncoronary sinus of Valsalva aneurysm with acute right ventricular failure germination and further carrying out of successful surgical correction.
