Clinical case of timely aortic dissection diagnosis
AbstractAn aortic dissection rare, but life threatening pathology. Its acute form is associated with very high mortality. Patients with a chronic aortic dissection have a slightly better prognosis. Due to these reasons it is extremely important to diagnose this pathology timely. This article presents an example of timely aortic dissection diagnosis, performed at the 3rd cardiology department of St. Petersburg State Medical Institution «Alexander Hospital».
