Data of register "Acute coronary syndrome" in clinic Samara State Medical University focus on elderly patients

Abstract

The article is devoted to laboratory and clinical instrumental peculiarities of elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome. Age is an independent predictor of the development of adverse events in patients with acute coronary syndrome. These patients are characterized by significant comorbidity, high risk of bleeding, adverse cardiovascular events and death. However, most often such patients are excluded from large trials.
