Clinical case of silent myocardial infarction of type 1 in the young patient

AbstractThe clinical case of silent myocardial infarction of 1 type with lack of a pain syndrome was presented. Timely recognition and diagnostics allowed to perform early invasive treatment. Active use of modern issues of diagnostics and treatment caused the favorable early prognosis in the patient. High probability of existence in the patient of severe lipid disease demands aggressive treatment, dispensary observation with lipidologist and genetic testing with cascade screening of family members.
