New strategies for combination therapy of arterial hypertension

Abstract

The article substantiates the need for adequate combination therapy of arterial hypertension (AH) and the use of new antihypertensive drug Konsilar-D24®. The organoprotective effects of ramipril and indapamide in patients with hypertension, especially its effects on central hemodynamics, daily blood pressure profile are indicated. Taking into account the results of international studies the effectiveness of a combination of ramipril and indapamide for the treatment of hypertension and prevention of cardiovascular complications is vindicated.
