Cardiovascular disease risk reduction by slowing the processes of early vascular ageing

Abstract

Currently a number of risk factors contributing to development of cardiovascular diseases have been identified. The article describes highly effective safe triple fixed combination drug therapy which is prescribed in case of arterial hypertension and high risk of acute cardiovascular events development. Additionally the described form of treatment has a significant positive effect on the vascular age and increases patient adherence to treatment. As a result, statistically significant cardiovascular events risk reduction and improved prognosis in patients with arterial hypertension and co-exist dyslipidemia was observed.
