Course and outcome of dilated cardiomyopathy

AbstractCardiomyopathies are a group of congenital and acquired heart diseases with different etiology, clinical and prognosis. Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is quite common in the population, can progress both latently or with heart failure, arrhythmias, the development of sudden cardiac death. The outcomes of the disease depended on the severity of symptoms, regular observation and the timely treatment. The article presents a clinical case of DCMP of a young patient.
