Clinical use of innovative medical technologies in the treatment of arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia
AbstractClinical observation of the patient with recurrent ventricular tachycardia is described. The diagnosis of arrhythmogenic right ventricular tachycardia was based on the typical changes in the electrocardiogram, results of echocardiography, magnetic resonance imaging of the heart and intracardiac electrophysiological study. Radiofrequency ablation of arrhythmogenic substrates in different parts of right ventricular was performed and dual-chamber cardioverter defibrillator was implanted. long-term results of interventional therapy were assessed by remote monitoring system of implanted antiarrhythmic devices. No episodes of ventricular rhythm disturbances were detected during 2 years of postoperative follow-up.
