Statins and risk of venous thromboembolism recurrence

AbstractVenous thromboembolism (VTE) takes the 3rd place in structure of hospital lethal outcomes. The detailed analysis of researches and meta-analyses of use of statins for the purpose of primary and secondary prevention of VTE is provided in the review.
