The case of an infectious endocarditis shown by development of an acute myocardial infarction and a hemorrhagic stroke

AbstractThe case of an atypical manifestation of an infectious endocarditis - development of acute vascular pathology (a myocardial infarction and an acute disorder of a cerebral circulation) without fever and the distinct contributing risk factors of a lesion of valves is presented. The possibility of development of mycotic aneurism of a coronary artery in the field of the established stent at patients with an infectious endocarditis is also shown.
